The U.S. Postal Service is testing out a new digital service in New York City: mail recipients will get a scanned copy of a piece of mail that they should except to see in their
mailbox that day. The pilot program is called "Informed Delivery" and includes an image of the outside of an envelope to give recipients an idea of what to expect.Read the whole story at ABC News »
