Email Stress Depends on Your Personality & Job Role

Personality differences affect how we use email, according to a new study from John Hackston from OPP Ltd. which was presented at the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology annual conference this week. The research found that people whose jobs have a big picture focus them to check emails on holidays and managers tend to feel that they waste more time on email.
