Europe is Unhappy With US for Spying on Yahoo Emails

The European Union is not pleased with US Government for scanning Yahoo email accounts in order to spy on its citizens for six months in 2015. The EU feels that in doing so, the US violated the EU-US Privacy Shield data transfer arrangement which currently enables close to 1,500 companies to authorize personal data transfers between Europe and the US.
