How AI Helped A Firm ID Sales Leads

CenturyLink, a telecommunications firm, used artificial intelligence to identify leads and streamline its sales and marketing, including email. First, it invested in a powered sales assistant called Conversica AI, and started testing it with only four sales reps. It has since earned “$20 in new contracts for every dollar it spent on the system,” Harvard Business Review reports.
