Direct Mail Beats Email-Slightly-In Donor Survey

Donors to nonprofit groups favor direct mail over an email—at least slightly. Of 1,000 contributors surveyed by Grey Matter Research and Opinions 4 Good, 37% would rather read a direct mail piece than an email. And 38% say that direct mail is better at telling a touching story, compared to 23% for email.
