Email Scam Not Covered By Insurance Policy: Judge

A judge has ruled that a Travelers insurance policy does not cover a scam in which thieves sent fraudulent emails to a company and deceived it into wiring money to a sham account. The scam did not fit the policy’s definition of computer fraud, the judge said.
