PIC-TV has created a business development division. The new unit will be lead by DAVID HANSFIELD, vice president, business development, PIC-TV. BILL CROASDALE JR. has rejoined the company to work in the new department as account executive, business development. Joining Croasdale on the team will be JANET JIMENEZ, currently an account executive at PIC-TV.
