Searchable Industry Calendar Launched, Intends To Prevent Scheduling Conflicts

Daddi Brand Communications (DBC), a public relations firm specializing in the advertising and media industry -- especially research and trade associations -- has launched a new subscription-based industry database and industry calendar listing major events and awards in the ad-tech, mar-tech, and research industries.

The firm said the searchable industry calendar is designed to "increase coordination of event planning" across the industry and "avoid conflicting and competing events, being scheduled."

Subscribers will be provided with an 18-month view, searchable by subject and date, and the ability to build a “My Calendar” page featuring those events and awards they are interested in registering for. Event and awards detail pages provide direct links to event programmers for registration.

Subscribers will also have the ability to enter their own events for listing on the calendar.

Charter members include the Association of National Advertisers, the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Advertising Research Foundation, the Radio Advertising Bureau and Geopath.
