MARK SITLEY, most recently executive creative director/production at the New York office of Euro RSCG Worldwide, is partnering with production executives LUKE THORNTON and LIZ SILVER in the formation of a new content company called Beyond Belief. Sitley will hold the title of managing partner in the new company.
