Horizon Media has bulked up its east and west coast operations, hiring Judy Cullen as a broadcast group manager in Los Angeles and Todd Glick as a planning supervisor in New York. Cullen, previously a
broadcast media buyer at Palisades Media, has worked for clients ranging from MGM and Procter & Gamble to Miramax Films and Seagram's. Glick will serve as a planning supervisor, overseeing the firm's
$50 million Earthlink account. He arrives at Horizon from Lowe, where he was a media supervisor on the John Frieda account.
