10-Second Commercial Company PIC-TV Renamed PIC Media Group

Interpublic Group of Cos.'s PIC-TV, the seller of 10-second commercials, is changing its name to PIC Media Group. The company says the move is to reflect the growth of short-form commercials outside traditional areas such as television to include pre-roll advertising on digital, broadband and mobile content.
