Kao Brands Co. Moves Planning, Print Buying To Initiative

Kao Brands Co., maker of the Jergens skin-care line, has moved its planning and print buying duties from Media Kitchen to Initiative, continuing a run of new-business wins there. The agency already had national buying duties on the estimated $150 million Kao account. New hire Melissa Gordon will head the account.
