Shares of Baidu.com, operator of China's top Internet search engine, fell following reports of the death of Chief Financial Officer Shawn Wang. Wang reportedly died Dec. 27, 2007 as a result of an
accidental fall while on vacation. The company said a group of senior managers will assume his responsibilities until a permanent successor is named.
