Gigya, a performance-based widget distribution network, has named Todd Sims as executive vice president of corporate and business development.

Sims, a former executive with ESPN.com and Business.com, will now focus on expanding and deepening Gigya's media, publisher and industry relationships.

Most recently with Business.com, Todd held senior management positions in sales, business development, marketing and corporate development and helped guide the company to its recent sale to R.H. Donnelley for $345 million.
