Craig Turner has been named senior vice president for client service at ipsh, the wireless marketing and mobile media agency of Omnicom's The Marketing Arm.

Based in Dallas, Turner will be responsible for building and leading the agency's client service teams in each of the eight ipsh U.S. offices and serving as a strategic resource to ipsh clients. Turner previously held senior management positions with Rare Medium, Eagle River Interactive (Agency.com), Sony Electronics, Dell/Plural, Digital Channel Partners, and West End Post & Interactive.
