Jason Steinberg has joined Chicago-based Spark Communications as a director at Spark. Steinberg is the second international digital player to join Spark this year as he follows the March hire of Barbara Kittridge from international beauty brand, L'Oreal. Reporting to SVP, Shelby Saville, Steinberg will oversee a variety of digital accounts, providing consumer-focused expertise as it relates to emerging channels.

Steinberg joins Spark from Carat Australia, where he was a digital director on several major accounts. Steinberg brings a wealth of international digital expertise, as he has also performed as the global account director for the Asia-Pacific region of the Isobar network.

Steinberg's experience includes a stint at Warner Brothers, where he launched sites for WB and DC Comics including ScoobyDoo.com and HarryPotter.com, as well as a position at Entertainment Arts (EA) as a producer.
