Tribune Interactive has appointed Erica Thornton as its chief financial officer/senior vice president.

Thornton will be responsible for managing the financial and operational planning activities of Tribune Company's interactive group.

Most recently, Thornton was vice president/finance for Clear Channel Chicago. She has served in both corporate and operational capacities in the broadcasting industry for over 20 years and brings an expertise in strategic initiative development and organizational business planning.--Tanya Irwin
