MARION CRAWFORD PRESIDENT & CEO, CRAWFORD STRATEGY As the founder of Crawford Strategy, a full-service marketing and communications firm, Marion oversees all aspects of the company. Her efforts over the company’s five year history have led Crawford Strategy to grow rapidly from 3 to 21 employees with clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services and tourism and hospitality. Prior to founding Crawford Strategy, she was a partner at LinningSmoakCrawford Public Relations. Marion worked as a CBS and ABC affiliate news writer and television reporter and was a regular contributing writer for numerous publications, including TALK Magazine and SC Homes & Gardens. Additionally, Marion spent five years with ScanSource, Inc., where she worked in marketing, sales and business development. Marion holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. In 2013, Marion was inducted into the Greenville Tech Entrepreneurs Forum, a prestigious group of local business leaders. She is the 2015 President of the Board of Directors for Artisphere, a member of the board for the Cancer Society of Greenville County, and an Advisory Board member of the Urban League of the Upstate.
