Vizu Enters Social Media Measurement Deals

Web measurement service Vizu Corporation has entered into partnerships with Lotame, Buddy Media and AdNectar to track brand advertising on social networks.

The San Francisco-based company's Ad Catalyst system measures the performance of campaigns focusing on brand lift metrics rather than click-through rates to measure effectiveness.

Ad Catalyst monitors all creative for a given campaign, tracks ad impressions, and randomly selects users to answer a short survey about the advertising.--Mark Walsh
