James Kilts, a founding partner of Centerview Partners, has been named chairman of the Nielsen supervisory board of directors. He succeeds Dudley Eustace. Centerview is a private equity fund that has
a minority ownership position in Nielsen, and Kilts has been a member of the Nielsen supervisory board since November 2006. Prior to joining Centerview, Kilts was vice chairman of the board of Procter
& Gamble Co.
