Glenn Beck Loses More Advertisers

  • September 3, 2009
More advertisers have pulled out of controversial Glenn Beck's show on Fox, per the New York Daily News. Fox says the network has not lost revenue; the advertisers have moved their spots to other shows. Mercedes-Benz, Capital One, HSBC, Discover and seven other big firms exited Beck. Earlier advertisers that had yanked spots include Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, GMAC Financial Services, Best Buy and CVS.

Just another example of political correctness gone amuck.Glenn has the highest rate show in his time slot, so it's not about proformance. These companies are afraid of our government. How many pulled off of MSNBC when Oberman was bashing the Bush adminatration.

Just “political correctness run amuck” ?

More like just desserts for a hate mongering schmuck

Such irresponsible use of the public airwaves

Would leave our forefathers spinning in their graves

Cheers to all the advertisers saying “Yuck.”

I'm actusally retired for 20 years, but you didn 't have any place to say that. Thank you for listing the adverisers I can now cross off my shopping list. I see one of my credit cards can go. If you aren't scared to death for your country, you are not paying attention to Glenn Beck. If he is not on the money, what is someone not coming forward to refute him.
I am not a racist. I was proud that our country ran a black man. Not this one. He has had no experience. He runs off and gives speeches instead of running the country. The people he surrounds himself are scary people.
I beg them to come and refute Beck. Show us all where he is wrong.
And just because someone is not white, doesn't mean they are not racist. It seems that some of the most vitriolic racist remarks come from the black community and no one calls them on it.
All I can say is thank God for Fox news.
