NewsCred Acquires Daylife

NewsCred, a content marketing and syndication platform, has acquired Daylife, a cloud-publishing tools company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Now, Daylife clients will benefit from fully licensed, full-text articles, images and video from NewsCred’s network of over 1,000 content partners.
