Denise Colella has been promoted to CEO of Maxifier, effective immediately. She joined the online ad tech company two years ago as Chief Revenue Officer before being promoted to President.

David Ristow, a Maxifier board member, stated, “This promotion recognizes the enormous contribution Denise has already made to the business since she joined."

Colella replaces Anthony Katsur as CEO. A Maxifier representative told RTM Daily that Katsur has left "to pursue personal interests."
