RadiumOne Nearing IPO

Bloomberg reported earlier this week that RadiumOne “is in the final stages of preparations for an initial public offering.”
The post continues: “RadiumOne expects to generate more than $100 million in revenue this year, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the information isn’t public. Proceeds of the offering will be used for acquisitions, with a focus on international expansion, they said.”
