Gatorade Breaks 'Fierce' TV Ads During Madness Season

Gatorade is debuting new "Fierce"-themed TV creative from TBWA\Chiat\Day, starting with a spot featuring NBA star Paul George, of the Indiana Pacers.

The George ad, dubbed "Slam," shows the athlete flying by his opponents to make a slam-dunk, given accelerated momentum by a wave of blue liquid that surrounds him (signifying one of Gatorade's "bold and intense flavors").

The brand isn't yet revealing who stars in the second new "Fierce" ad, which will begin airing on April 10.

The "Slam" spot debuted on March 28 on CBS during NCAA March Madness play, and will continue to air throughout the tournament and through June 8.

It will also air on numerous cable networks, including Adult Swim, BET, ABC Family, Fuse, FX, MTV, TNT, TBS, NBA, ESPN and MLB, among others.
