Re/code has reported that Gurbaksh Chahal, the former CEO of RadiumOne who was fired following charges of domestic violence battery, has made an offer to buy the company back.

Chahal’s bid price was not revealed in a term sheet obtained by Re/code, and different sources gave conflicting prices. One said it was nine figures, while another said it was “less than one times the 2014 RadiumOne had and well below recent pricey acquisitions deals in the ad tech space such as Oracle’s purchase of Datalogix and Yahoo’s of BrightRoll.”
