Funds Challenge Barracuda Networks Share Price

Two Water Island Capital funds are challenging Barracuda Networks Inc.’s $27.55 share price following the $1.6 billion acquisition by Thomas Bravo in February. The funds petitioned Delaware’s Chancery court, seeking what they call a fair share price for the purchase of the email security firm.
