StrawberryFrog is appointing Aileen Calderon as creative director, which now means 65% of the NY-based agency's senior leadership team is comprised of women, the agency said.
Calderon brings over 15 years of experience in the business, including stints at KBS, R/GA, and 360i and working with clients The New York Times, BMW, Bose, Malibu Rum, and Absolut.
She will report to ECD Tyler DeAngelo.
