The Telegraph is reporting that a key advisor -- the European Court of Justice -- is agreeing with Google's over the so-called "right to be forgotten." The legal advisor has agreed that EU
law should only be able to forced Google to restrict search results for a person or organisation within the EU, not on the global .com version of the Google search engine.
