Cambridge, MA-based PJA Marketing + Advertising has promoted Meg Gallimore to creative director, Art and Ben Resnikoff to creative director, copy. Resnikoff has been with PJA, a B2B agency, for almost 12 years, having previously worked at Hill Holliday and MullenLowe.

Previously, they were associate creative directors.

Gallimore has been with PJA for almost three years, having worked at Hill Holliday and Arnold Worldwide. Both continue to report to Aaron DaSilva, executive creative director.

Resnikoff will handle Quest Diagnostics, Xylem, Middlesex Savings Bank, Bangor Savings Bank, SpringWorks Therapeutics accounts.

Gallimore's accounts are Takeda, Tableau Software, Riverbed Technology, Guardian Life Insurance and Xylem.
