Leagas Delaney Names Boyton As Managing Partner

Leagas Delaney has appointed a new managing partner. Chris Boyton joins from M&C Saatchi World Services, where he previously served as business director.

Before that, he worked at Engine on the Royal Navy, The Army, Department of Work & Pensions and the Cabinet Office accounts.

The ad vet began his career at Publicis.

Boyton will be part of the leadership team, reporting to CEO Gareth Davies. Davies said his hire reflected the growth the agency has enjoyed over the last few years.

Specifically, Leagas Delaney, based in London, won 17 new clients in 2022, placing it among the top UK agencies, per the AAR Group. Davies attributes the agency’s success to a combination of “industry-strategic counsel, category-defining creative platforms and best-of-breed AI-based automation technology."

Boyton also touted the agency's creative work, as well as its position "at the forefront of technology, particularly in AI-led automation. It’s a compelling combination and one which positions Leagas Delaney distinctively within the market."
