Publicis Collective recently named Michelle Holmes president of its New York office.

She reports to Sean Peters, CEO, Publicis Collective.

Prior to her appointment, Holmes was managing partner-global account director at Mediacom, leading DE&I initiatives.

Holmes also held posts at Choice Hotels International, Merkle, Accenture, Walgreens and Allstate, where she was responsible for leading digital, media, CRM, and data-driven omnichannel strategy.

At Publicis Collective, she is responsible for driving business growth and culture in the New York office.

Pharmaceuticals giant Pfizer tapped Publicis Collective in May for its lucrative global media duties. The agency works collaboratively with the Power of One team across planning and buying, data, technology and creative production for the client.

The agency has offices in Birmingham, Michigan, Chicago and New York.
