Viacom's IFILM has lured Lowell Goss, former Yahoo head of user experience, to serve as senior vice president for user experience and product development. While at Yahoo, Goss shepherded the redesign
of the sites for the Oscars and the Olympics. IFILM offers an online library of user-generated videos as well as professionally produced clips.
