ReachLocal has set up shop in Tampa Bay, marking the local search and lead-generation services firm's first location in Florida. The office will serve small and medium businesses based in areas such as Hillsborough, Manatee and Polk Counties.

"We recognize the Bay Area as a fast-growing business community with strong economic development that is desperate for an online advertising solution," said Zorik Gordon, ReachLocal's co-founder and CEO. "Until now, businesses have been underserved with options to connect with millions of shoppers who search for products and services online only to buy offline."

Based in Woodland Hills, Calif., ReachLocal serves local businesses in 14 U.S. markets including New York and Los Angeles, as well as Australia.
