NBC's head of drama Katie O'Connell was bumped up to executive vice president of drama programming. She began at NBC in 2005 and handled the development of hit show "30 Rock." She also handled the
development of "Lipstick Jungle," "Chuck," "Life" and "Knight Rider." Previously, she was at Imagine TV.
