Sears Holdings says it has hired James H. Haworth as EVP/president of retail services.

Haworth, who will manage strategic growth of retail services for all Kmart and Sears stores, was most recently chairman/CEO of Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited & CP Lotus, an investment holding company, but his resume includes a 20-year stint at Wal-Mart Stores, which ended in 2005.

He replaces Kevin R. Holt, who is leaving the company.--Sarah Mahoney
