strategy. Mackenzie previously served as executive creative director at KBS Toronto. Farwell worked at American Express in leadership positions in the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong. She also held
consulting and agency roles focused on business-to-business, technology and the financial sectors. In addition, the agency also hired Jacob Ciesielski as vice president, data and technology; Vicki
