Kiosked Shuffles Exec Suite, Says It's Putting Consumers In The Sweet Spot

Kiosked, a programmatic platform that embeds ads into publishers’ content, has promoted Antti Pasila to CEO from chief strategy officer.

Pasila, who co-founded the company in 2010 with Micke Paqvalen, succeeds him as CEO. Paqvalen becomes chairman.

As part of the reorg, the company said it is shifting its focus from serving the needs of publishers and advertisers to “revolutionizing online advertising experiences by putting the user front and center.”

The company did not explain how it would do that, but it pointed out that it currently places “in-context” ads into the content consumers are accessing for “more than 10,000 advertisers each month.”
