Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Digital Evolution Group (DEG), a growing provider of data-driven marketing, commerce and other services in the U.S. market. Terms weren’t disclosed although the Wall Street Journal estimates the price at $150 million.

DEG will join DAN’s Isobar agency network and will be branded “DEG, Linked by Isobar.”

Together with our partners, we will be a force to be reckoned with.”
