Langlitz was previously the agency’s head of expansion. He currently oversees Northwell Health, one of the largest health organizations in the U.S. The Raise Health Movement challenges people to rally against the social factors that inhibit our overall wellness, including food insecurity, gun violence and social injustice. Before this, he worked at BBDO, Ogilvy and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. During and prior to his tenure at StrawberryFrog, he handled account management for brands such as Coca-Cola, FedEx and PepsiCo.

Scott Goodson, StrawberryFrog founder-CEO, called the pair “incredibly sharp and experienced,” nothing they have "helped shape much of our vision for more effective, purpose-led marketing.”

Separately, Strawberry Frog won a 2021 Acquire Award as agency of the year. The financial-industry award focuses on marketing, customer acquisition and growth. The agency worked with Truist Financial to aid communities hard hit by the pandemic, as well as promote the new brand name of the combined BB&T and SunTrust entity, now the sixth-largest bank in the U.S.

It also worked on the Live United campaign that featured National Youth Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman delivering a message of hope.
