Christofer Peterson has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Atlanta-based agency Dagger. The role is new at the agency. 

“Christofer joined our team in the thick of the pandemic and has been instrumental in leading our people through an unprecedented time of change. Our business relies on the success of our teams, and Christofer is really attuned to the nuances of team dynamics. She’s become a crucial perspective and voice of people-first leadership,” said Mike Popowski, CEO of Dagger. 

She joined the agency in 2020 as svp People & Culture and had previously served at Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group.
