Validity Hires Andrew Lazarus And Geoff Charron For C-Suite Titles

Validity has named Andrew Lazarus as chief financial officer and Geoff Charron as chief technology officer, effectively immediately.

The hires are taking place as the company enters “a massive period of growth,” says Mark Briggs, CEO of Validity.

Validity helps companies navigate what it calls an increasingly competitive email landscape while using data in ethical ways, the company says.

Lazarus will use his experience in in building financial infrastructures ensure clarity and alignment across teams as Validity scales its business, the firm adds.

Previously, Lazarus served as chief financial officer at Electric, Pilot Freight Services, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and other companies. 

Charron will oversee Validity’s engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, and privacy teams.

Prior to joining Validity, Charron held technology leadership roles at Inovalon, ABILITY Network and other security products companies.
