Cincinnati-based Icon Commerce is upping its brand strategy bench to enhance performance marketing for clients.

It recently hired Kyl Metcalf as senior director of strategy to oversee offerings and planners.

Previously, Metcalf held senior brand strategy posts at Olive, Fifth Third Bank and the Barefoot Proximity with an expertise in audience insights, digital and CRM.

The 25-year-old rebranded agency is the largest independent commerce agency in the Midwest and services clients such as Tempur-Pedic, Gorilla Glue and Deckorators.
