VMLY&R Promotes 3 Executives In U.S., Social To Search

Three executives have been promoted at VMLY&R. All report to Chief Global Connections Officer Amy Worley. 

Liz Cole has been promoted to chief social officer. She will lead strategy for brands in the realm of social activation. She has worked with various brands throughout her career, incluing Ford, Kraft Heinz, Diageo, lululemon, and Kimberly-Clark. Cole is based in Chicago. 

Jennifer Kohl has been promoted to chief media officer and continues to lead VMLY&R’s media practice across North America. She will shape and grow VMLY&R’s U.S. media business. Based in New York, Kohl also is a recent graduate of the McKinsey Academy Asian Executive Leadership Program. She was recently nominated to the IAB Video Board.

Heather Physioc has been promoted to chief discoverability officer at VMLY&R. Physioc will continue to grow the organic search, paid search and performance content teams across North America and globally. Her team has been recognized as Best Large Integrated Search Agency. Client partnerships have included United Rentals, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Ford, Virgin Voyages, L’Oréal, and Wendy’s. She is based in Kansas City.
