The Radio Advertising Bureau Sunday submitted the final draft of a new strategic plan to its executive committee that would reshape the trade advertising bureau into more of a media marketing firm
over the next three to five years, and announced the hiring of a former Time Warner executive to help implement it. Tammy Greenberg, vice president-client partnerships in the Time Warner Global Media
Group will join the RAB May 7 as senior vice president-marketing, and will be responsible for developing marketer-specific programs that divert a greater share of advertising budgets into radio.
