Omnicom Group, the parent of OMD, PHD and other marketing and media services agencies, has signed a 15-and-a-half-year deal to lease more than four floors in a 29-story office tower at 195 Broadway in
Lower Manhattan. The 915,000 square foot facility is located between the Fulton Street and Calatrava Path Transit Centers.
