Bloomingdale's Promotes Frank Berman To SVP/Marketing

Berman's responsibilities include Customer Loyalty, Relationship Management, International Marketing, Campaign Planning, Advertising Media, and with the announcement, he now adds Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Advertising Production, Image Editing, Account Services, Marketing Finance and Restaurants.

Berman began his career in Bloomingdale's marketing division in 1997, as Director of Customer Loyalty Programs and Credit Marketing. In 2000, he assumed responsibility for International Marketing and Account Services and was promoted to Operating Vice President. In 2001, Berman was named Operating Vice President of Marketing for Loyalty, International Marketing, Campaign Planning and Advertising Media. He was promoted to Vice President in 2003; and in 2006, he assumed additional responsibility for Customer Relationship Management as part of his current position.

Berman joined Bloomingdale's in October, 1991, advancing from an Executive Trainee through various buying and business manager positions in the home furnishings division.
