    GlaxoSmithKline is teaming up with Verily, the life sciences arm of Alphabet, Google's parent company, to form a UK-based company to conduct research into the nascent field of bioelectronic medicine, marking another vote of confidence in post-Brexit Britain. The new venture will be called Galvani Bioelectronics and headquartered within Glaxo's global R&D centre, in Kent.
