According to data from Socialbakers, reported on in "Campaign," John Lewis shoppers are feeling the love for Elton John in its latest Christmas ad. More than one in four reactions to the video on social media have been a love sign, up from 15% for last year's campaign.

Facebook has announced a GBP45m project to train up 80 journalists so they can then be sent out to local media outlets through The Community News Project, which aims to boost local reporting in areas that have lost their traditional local paper.
