Thailand Goes Social for Tourism

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched Twitter and Facebook campaigns spotlighting Thailand travel information. The Twitter and Facebook pages has updated information about Thailand events, activities, news, as well as photos of Thailand scenery, culture and cuisine.

Users can also leave comments or ask questions about Thailand. Said TAT's new governor, Suraphon Svetasreni, in a release: "We want travelers to Thailand to be more actively involved into the shaping of our Web content by updating our site with their own experiences and advices."--Karl Greenberg
